You don't have to face this journey alone, there are services and people that are available to you to help regardless of who you are, where you are or how old you are.

We have put together this page for both the young person and their family, guardians and carers.

The NHS is a good place to start when looking for help and support. Also your G.P. 

Whenever you want to find a service or an NHS webpage simply type into your preferred search engine the subject and type 'NHS' and hit search. You will then find the NHS webpage and information that may be helpful o you.

MIND is a mental health charity which specialises in all things mental health. This website can offer plenty of information about Mental health, well-being and how to find help and support you need. They also offer help and support to parents and carers as well as information and support with substance abuse and misuse.

Find out everythin you need to know about drugs, their effects and the law, talk to frank for facts, support and advice on drugs and alcohol.

You can even find local support services that are available in your area.

NSPCC is the UK's leading childrens charity. They offer help and support for the safety and safeguarding of children and young people.

Childline offers help and support to children. There is someone always available to talk to or to get help an guidance and support from. Children and young people can call anytime of the day or night and can even use the website to reach out for help and support.
